Thank you for visiting Buyerszone.com!  Many have said that we don't seem like the typical Buy Here Pay Here dealerships.  We take that as the greatest compliment that can be paid to us!  Following is a little history of the dealership and some of what makes us different.

Buyers Zone is part of a continuous history selling high quality preowned vehicles to people with good and bad credit in the West Palm Beach market since 1970.  Buyers Zone is not the typical dealer.  We believe that used car dealerships can treat people with respect.  We do not have to lie, cheat, steal, and misrepresent to sell used cars.  We treat our valued customers as human beings. 

This is especially important since many of our used car customers are in the process of rebuilding their credit.  We understand that bad things can happen to good people.  This is why we were the first in Palm Beach to offer guaranteed financing on used cars.  Every customer is evaluated based on their financial condition, not just on their Beacon score.  We want our used car customers to rebuild their credit.  This is why we report their positive payment history to the credit bureaus.  Reporting to the bureaus is very expensive for the dealership.  This is why most used car dealerships who offer in house financing don't report to the credit bureaus.  The negative of failing to report to the credit bureaus is that years from now a person can be in the same credit situation in spite of the fact that they have been paying religiously on their loan.

The differences with Buyers Zone don't stop with the way we treat our valued used car customers.  The actual vehicles are different as well.  We have more recent model vehicles that are in better condition than at the Buy Here Pay Here dealerships.  We currently have 150 late model cars to choose from.  Since the used cars are in better condition, the bad credit car loan customers don't have the level of repairs to their used cars that they would at a typical Buy Here Pay Here dealership.  Lower repair bills mean that, in many instances, the bad credit used car loan customer can get a better car for less money overall.  The great working condition of Buyers Zone's vehicles also allows it to offer a free 90 day limited warranty with every financed vehicle!  This is due to the increased confidence that the vehicles will be on the road for the term of the loans.  We are so confident in the quality of our inventory that Carfaxes are available on all of our vehicles.

Buyers Zone is also a great place to work.  We believe that employees who are treated better will treat their customers in the same way.  The same is true for employees that are treated poorly.  Look at some of the local high stress dealerships as evidence of this.  A stressed out employee will not give their customers the respect and time that it takes to make a good buying decision.  Why would you want to deal with a stressed out salesperson?  At Buyers Zone, we encourage our representatives to take the time to help all of their customers find the right used car for them.  This is why we have more long term employees than is typical for the car business. 

The bottom line is that Buyers Zone is a much better place to buy a used car for good credit customers as well as bad credit car loan customers who find that they can't get bank financing.  You will receive a vehicle in much better condition.  Your positive payment history will be reported to the credit bureaus.  You will always be treated with respect.
